JESUS SAVES LIVE, RELEASED THROUGH WORD DISTRIBUTION
(Nashville, TN) February 19, 2010 - in:ciite artist Travis Cottrell received nominations in four categories for the 41st Annual GMA Dove Awards at the Gospel Music Association nominee press conference held on Thursday, February 18 held at Belmont University in Nashville,TN.
Nominated for Praise & Worship Album of the Year for his recording, Jesus Saves Live, released through in:ciite (formerly Indelible Creative Group) and Word Distribution. The project, produced and arranged by Cottrell, features twelve fully orchestrated songs with distinctive arrangements and features the three-hundred voice choir of Woodstock Baptist Church. Special guests Beth Moore, Max Lucado, and Cindy Morgan are also featured on the project.
Other nominations for Cottrell this year include Inspirational Album of the Year (Jesus Saves Live), Choral Collection of the Year (Jesus Saves Live), and Inspirational Song of the Year (Jesus Saves). The song “Jesus Saves,” written by Travis Cottrell and David Moffitt was also accredited as the #20 most played song of 2009 according to the CRW INSPO Chart and was ranked in the top five at both R&R Soft AC/INSPO and CRW INSPO.
