The Imperials Partner with H2O Artist
Agency for Exclusive Representation

(NASHVILLE, Tennessee) -- Legendary vocal group The Imperials are happy to announce a strategic partnership with H2O Artist Agency. Under the new agreement, the Atlanta-based agency will have exclusive worldwide representation with plans for extensive touring in North America and beyond.
The Imperials join the H2O Artist Agency roster alongside some of today’s most popular bands, including DecembeRadio, Sevenglory, Seventh Day Slumber and Superchick. And while it might sound like they’re in odd company, Armond Morales (bass), Dave Will (baritone/lead), Paul Smith (tenor/lead) and Rick Evans (tenor) are ready to prove that they’re not ready for retirement.
“For decades, The Imperials have been the standard-bearer for excellence in Contemporary Christian Music,” says Scott Huie, President of H2O Artist Agency. ”Their sound has always stayed fresh and their hearts have been grounded in the Lord throughout all these years, and it is a deep honor to come on board as their booking agent as they begin the second half of their career. They obviously are more than a nostalgia act, and still have something relevant and anointed to speak to today’s generation.”
Rebranding themselves as The Classic Imperials, the group released Still Standing (Hall of Fame Music Group / Infinity Music Distribution) in October, their first studio album of all-new-material in over a decade. An extensive media tour has taken them across the country for a string of national television appearances that include Daytime, Life Today with James Robison, Celebration, The Harvest Show, Live from Studio B, Rejoice!, It’s Time for Herman & Sharron, Homekeepers, Atlanta Live and more, They have also been in-studio at national radio outlets such as Moody Broadcasting Network, Elvis Radio (Sirius/XM), Campus Crusade for Christ Radio, USA Radio Network's Daybreak USA and The Ron Seggi Show: Live from Universal Studios Florida.
In addition to their hectic promotional schedule, The Imperials recently inked a deal with Uptone Pictures, for an upcoming feature film documenting the group’s celebrated history.
The Imperials have stayed in the forefront of Christian music for the last 5 decades, winning 4 GRAMMY® Awards and 17 Dove Awards, including the inaugural Male Group of the Year award in 1969 and the first ever Artist of the Year award in 1981. In 1998, they were inducted into the Gospel Music Hall of Fame. But The Imperials are well known to music lovers far outside the spectrum of just Christian and Gospel music, thanks in part to the years they spent backing Elvis Presley on tour and in Las Vegas (as seen in the 1970 documentary film Elvis: That’s the Way It Is).
