Steve Strout Named Associate Director
National Promotions, Provident Label Group
(Nashville, Tenn.) July 5, 2007 – Brian Dishon, Sr. Director of National promotions for Provident Label Group announced the hiring of Steve Strout to the Associate Director of National Promotions.
Dishon notes, “I am thrilled to have Steve join our team at Provident. After having worked with him previously I value his experience and expertise in Radio Promotion. He will be an immediate asset, and performer, to our company.”

Steve Strout began his radio promotion career as the Program Director for WHMX, a CHR station in Bangor, Maine. From 2002 to March of 2005 Strout was Manager of National Promotion at PLG followed by further growth as Manager of National Promotion at EMI CMG. In August of 2005, he was appointed Director of National Promotion at Rocketown Records. Strout is married to AJ. The two live in Thompson Station, TN and are expecting their first child in August.
