New Digital Worship Records artist, Mick Rowe, has released a blockbuster of a new album called Summertime. Summertime is the work of more than 20 years and is chalkful of powerful music that shows love, God, relationships and the good feelings that music can bring. Original writen for his wife, Mick Rowe's Sumertime features 12 of this Springs freshes new songs.

The album opens up with "Please Save Me" which is a love song to a heartbroken youth who has lost his love and cries for her to save him from the darkness, the focus of the song then switches over to the focus being on Jesus and the call for Him to save Mick. With powerful vocals as well as some awesome guitar work reminiscent of the 80s.

"Control" which is the first single from the album is about letting go and letting God take control of our lives and do with it what He will. This song comes at you deep vocals and a powerful combination of instruments.

Mick Rowe gives a tribute to David Bowe by doing a cover of his famous song from the 1980s "Don't You Forget About Me". Mick inserts a little of his own style to livin things up a bit.

The title track, "Summertime" is a long about Mick's favorite season of course summertime. Walking along the streets and just enjoying the season. This is actually a very fun song.

"Long Red Hair", power ballad of Summertime, is a song to his wife talking about how he loves her. Very upbeat and rockin song. The music is fresh and complements the vocals perfectly.

Summertime is a collection of songs that relate to love, God, relationships and the good feelings that music can bring. Mick has created a recording that is sure to appeal to those who desire a feel good day.
