JOY WILLIAMS LANDS SECOND NO. 1 SINGLE "WE" FROM GENESIS

(Nashville, Tenn.) Dec. 6, 2005 - Reunion Records recording artist Joy Williams continues to impact airwaves as her latest album Genesis delivers its second No. 1 single "We." As the song climbs to the top of R&R's CHR chart this week, hundreds of fans complete a month of competition at CHR radio to be named the national winner in the "Joy Williams Karaoke Radio Contest," which had radio listeners submit their own renditions of the hit song.

Julliette Welp, from Minneapolis, Minn., was named the national winner of the "Joy Williams Karaoke Contest," with nearly 60,000 listeners casting votes online. Her performance of Williams' "We" is featured on the artist's web site (www.JoyWilliams.com ), and her winning station, "The Refuge" broadcast from Duluth, Minn., receives a free hometown concert with Williams for all of its listeners.

"We" follows the lead of Williams' first single release, "Hide," off her album Genesis, which was recently named as one of Christian Music Planet's "Songs that Defined 2005." "Hide" gained the No. 1 spot on seven national Christian charts in June.
