WORSHIP LEADER MAGAZINE ANNOUNCES
NEW ADVERTISING REPRESENTATIVE, JAY SCHIELD

New York, NY - November 8, 2005 -- Worship Leader magazine is pleased to announce Jay Schield, a new addition to the national sales and marketing team. As a result of the success of the new consumer publication, The Worshiper, which has already reached a full distribution of over 100,000 copies for the Fall issue, Jay has been brought on to expand the sales presence in the retail market. Jay is a fourteen-year sales and marketing veteran in the music industry. He has spent the last ten years at Warner Music Group working with WEA, Atlantic Records and Word/Warner Bros. Records. Jay is now the Founder and President of Over The Line - a sales and marketing firm that handles entertainment companies, record labels and artist managers and provides expertise to help them cross their products over to the Christian and/or mainstream marketplace. He has worked with artists such as Randy Travis, P.O.D., Amy Grant, Take 6, Michael Crawford, Plus One and Building 429.

Jay's professional history, serving as a connection between Christian groups and the mainstream market, will serve him well in his new role with Worship Leader where his focus will be in retail stores, artist management, tour promos and outreach and service organizations.

"I am thrilled to be a part of Worship Leader, one of the top publishing organizations in the faith-based community, as a sales and marketing consultant," says Jay. "Their magazines, Worship Leader, The Worshiper and Song DISCovery, directly reach the relevant gatekeepers and the church congregations. To have an opportunity to work with their incredibly talented team is an honor and it complements what we're doing at Over The Line."

Julie Reid, Executive Editor of Worship Leader magazine comments, "Jay brings both energy and insight to our sales and marketing team, and we couldn't be more delighted to have him represent our publications in the retail market."
