Provident Label Group Acquires Flicker Records

(NASHVILLE, Tenn.) March 24, 2006 - Provident Label Group announces the acquisition of Flicker Records, its catalog, and its children's label, Big House Kids. Flicker Records is home to artists including Pillar, Kids in the Way, T-Bone and new artists Fireflight, Until June, eleventyseven and Flatfoot 56.

"Troy Vest, Mark Stuart, and Will McGinnis are very talented and have a solid track record of attracting and developing indie rock acts," comments Terry Hemmings, Provident Music Group President and CEO. Provident-Integrity Distribution will commence solicitation of Flicker new releases within the CBA market and Sony Red will commence solicitation of Flicker new releases in the General market effective March 17, 2006. Beginning April 3, 2006 all sales of Flicker Records titles will be handled by Provident-Integrity Distribution and Sony Red. EMI CMG Distribution will continue to process all catalog orders for Flicker Records titles through Friday March 31, 2006. Provident-Integrity Distribution and Sony Red will begin processing catalog orders Monday April 3, 2006.

Flicker's roster currently includes Monk & Neagle, Pillar, T-Bone, The Swift, Everyday Sunday, Kids in the Way, and Staple.
