FAMILY FORCE 5 SCORES NUMBER ONE SINGLE AT CHRISTIAN RADIO WITH "REPLACE ME"

(Nashville, Tenn.) May 11, 2006 - On the heels of their recent debut release Business Up Front, Party In The Back, Maverick/Gotee band Family Force 5 has landed on top as their radio single "Replace Me" nabs this week's #1 spot on both R&R's Christian Rock chart, as well as the Christian Radio Weekly Rock chart.

Family Force 5, who is booked by Creative Artists Agency, has been touring extensively in promotion of their March 28th album release date. Family Force 5 will open for Switchfoot in Nashville on June 17th as part of the Journeys Backyard BBQ. The band is also slated to perform at major Christian music festivals this summer including Ichthus, Alive, Creation East, and Cornerstone, as well as overseas at the Frizon and Flevo festivals.

Led by front man and guitarist Solomon Olds (aka Soul Glow Activator), Family Force 5 includes Solomon's two brothers Jacob Olds (aka Crouton) on drums/vocal, and his twin Joshua Olds (aka Fatty) on bass/vocals. The force of five is rounded out by Nathan Currin (aka Nadaddy) on keyboard and Derek Mount (aka Chap Stique) on guitar.

Family Force 5, who has dubbed their brand of music as "crunk rock", likes to focus on feel-good, party music.
