"The Nativity Story" - resource website now available - DVD releasing Tues., March 20!


LOS ANGELES, CA (March 16, 2007) – The Nativity Story, releasing on DVD Tuesday, March 20 through New Line Home Entertainment and Word Distribution, will launch with a highly developed, user-friendly resource site, created by Motive Entertainment. The website will feature downloadable leader’s guides, preaching/teaching tools, the official The Nativity Story trailer, web banners and more. The “greatest story ever told” ushers in the Easter season with highlights of important year-round themes and beautifully recaps the most momentous event in history.

Featuring a 16x9 widescreen version of the film, a 4x3 fullscreen version of the film, theatrical trailer, Dolby Digital 5.1 and animated menus, The Nativity Story DVD is destined to be a family classic treasured year round. Starring Keisha Castle-Hughes (Whale Rider), Oscar Isaac (Guerrilla) and Academy Award®-nominee Shohreh Aghdashloo* (House of Sand and Fog), The Nativity Story was awarded The Heartland Film Festival’s “Truly Moving Picture” award, the Seal of Approval from The Dove Foundation, the John Templeton Foundation Epiphany Prize and has been endorsed by The Parent’s Television Council.
