Maddy Curley Interview Star of the New Film Stick It

Recently Jason Cole with WeSpreadTheWord.net got a chance to talk with star of the new movie Stick It, Maddy Curley.
Jason: Maddy tell me a little about the movie.
Maddy: Stick It is about rebellion, a fight so to say, against unfair judging; coming to terms with her family. One big thing is it's not a teen rivial, it's a unification of teams against judge. What makes this movie different is that their is no love interest, instead bigger focus on uniting against the system.
Jason: Tell me about your transistion from college gymnast to actress.
Maddy: Both were going on at the same time, acting in college plays, and training 3-3.5 hours a day and then go to rehearsals again. I'm very big into both acting & gymnastics.
Jason: Tell me a little bit about MaddySpam.
Maddy: lol. MaddySpam - sort of started after my audition. I was told I look a lil too mature(get in shape), so Donna said I should write Jessic and update her with my progress. I was doing cardo in the morning, then teaching at school and finally I'd drive to chapel hill an 1.5 hour away. Every time I got a skill back I'd email her about it. I sent around 36-40 emails, including an antidote, "today I got mistaken for a middle schooler". Eventually I was at a Coldstone and they started singing "brr it's cold in here", and I took it as a sign.
Be sure to check out Maddy in the new movie Stick It coming out Friday April 28th
